Free Financial Makeover for Military Families
If you or someone you know is a military family that's struggling financially, then you'll want to talk with Chuck Shaw.
Shaw is financial advisor at Capital Wealth Strategies in Colorado Springs, and he's affiliated with Gradient -- a nationwide financial services firm that's looking to "give back" to military families with its Gradient Gives Back program.
In partnership with the non-profit side of the company, Gradient is offering financial assistance, debt reduction, retirement planning, tax filing, career counseling and up to 6 months of mortgage and lease payments. Chosen families will also be eligible for career placement with Bath Fitter, a national company who has committed to place select military veterans in jobs with their company. Afterburner, the global leader in military career training, will also provide premiere career training to all applicants chosen for job placement.
The program is open to all reserve and active duty military and veterans and their families. Applicants will be chosen based on need. Gradient hopes to award as many makeovers as they can from now until December.
You can apply, or nominate a military family in need, at: www.gradientgivesback.com/chuckshaw. The application process is completely confidential.
The company is hoping to award its first family in the next month.
